Co-operation with Customs Authorities Unauthorized imports should be detected at border crossings by technical and other appropriate means. 9 Slide 9 Organization and Implementation of a National Regulatory Program for the Control of Radiation Sources Module 3-14 The Regulatory Authority also may require a Memorandum of Understanding with the Health Ministry / Department / Agency if that Ministry regulates the qualifications of medical practitioners or otherwise controls diagnostic or therapeutic radiation practices. As an expert in the Regulatory Authority you are asked to prepare the draft document. What issues should be included? Exercise 1

Assume that you have to take action to find out if the same watches exist in your country and, if so, proceed to withdraw them from the market.
