RQM 110 Outcomes Identify how today’s requirements and capabilities for the warfighter are conceived, developed, tested and acquired Recognize the roles of stakeholders responsible for the clarification, approval, and advocacy of a warfighter capability Explain the processes, tools, and formats for guiding a requirement from the needs of the warfighter through JCIDS and acquisition as a method of fulfillment Discuss DoD policies, procedures, and management tools impacting successful submittal of a requirement through DoD

CLR 151 – Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) Description: CLR 151 is an online module that introduces the DoD Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) process Objective: Teach students the analytical process DoD organizations use to identify and assess military capabilities, capability gaps, and solution approaches

CLR 250 – Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBA) Description: CLR 250 is an online module that examines how to conduct a Capability-Based Assessment (CBA) and to apply the CBA results Objective: Given sample data and direction, recognize the CBA process and challenges to generate results that impact follow-on JCIDS documents.

CLR 252 – Developing Performance Attributes Description: CLR 252 is an online module to describe how to develop Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), Key System Attributes (KSAs) and the relationship of the KPPs and KSAs to Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), and Measures of Suitability (MOSs). Objective: Given warfighter feedback and analysis results, critique requirements statements to include well-written KPPs and KSAs; then relate those requirements statements to Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), and Measures of Suitability (MOSs)
