User has the ability to show or hide details per leg. Seat icon becomes link to View seats. View More Fares Concur updated the View More Air Fares feature to match the branded fare look-and-feel that we released last year. If View More Air Fares is enabled in the travel configuration, the user will see a View more fares link when they click Show details.

What’s On Your Mind How to book a group of people all on the same flight: Companion Feature (book up to 6 persons, including profiled traveler) Best practice is 1st traveler is profiled traveler and the rest are guests/family. In this case, the profiled traveler’s travel profile is used and travelers 2-6 are added to the trip. If travelers 2-6 are also profiled travelers with the company then their profiles are not used (frequent flyer/membership numbers, seat preferences, reporting fields like department, division, org unit, etc.). If Companion feature is enabled then the number of Adults list will appear. It defaults to 1. If needing to book 1 companion, change it to 2.

What’s On Your Mind How to book a group of people all on the same flight: Clone Trip Feature (book individual reservations by cloning first trip, view trip and select ‘Clone Trip’. Select name from list or click search and begin typing name. Book trip for traveler. Concur will use the traveler’s own Concur profile and create a separate reservation (PNR).

What’s On Your Mind If the ‘Comments for the Travel Agent’ field is enabled in your Concur site, you can add your request and the number will be added to your reservation. Review the coupon/voucher instructions. It may require you to call a travel consultant or the car vendor directly.
