For Refresh, ensuring they understand Store Supervisor Job Description Reports to : Store Manager Job Purpose: Support my Store Manager to deliver sales and profit growth in my store through an unwavering commitment to The Customer Journey, supporting the development of the store team to deliver excellence in Operational and Commercial standards. Helping my Store be the best Discounter of Branded Home, Health and Beauty on our High Street. I deputise for the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in their absence For Refresh, ensuring they understand What I do to Deliver this in my Store : BRAND AWARENESS National Locations Keep up to date with all local Competitor activity, and flag any changes to my Store Manager Refreshes (where applicable) Support the Store Manager to ensure there is minimal disruption for the Customer during the Refresh Support the Store Manager to deliver and maintain model store standards post Refresh STORE STANDARDS Environment (clean & crisp) Ensure the cleaning rota is actioned for front of house, ensuring it maintains the Savers brand, when I am solely responsible for the store Support the Store Manager in coaching the team on what good looks like to maximise the A zone, creating the right impression for the Customer Support the Store Manager in ensuring all team are trained to follow replen principles and, shelf edge disciplines to maximise presentation of the product. Simple Layout Support the Store manager in ensuring the team implement and maintain model store standards, both front and back of house Action, implement and maintain seasonal changes to plan GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Proud and Smart - Ensure you and the team are dressed for service Ensure the cleaning rota for back of house is actioned daily, including warehouse, office, toilets and staff room maintaining a 5* standard, when I am solely responsible for the store Helpful and Friendly Supports the Store Manager to role model and drive great customer service, Support the Store manager to coach the team to deliver the mystery shop/NPS targets, CUSTOMER OFFER Deals - Support the Store Manager to maximise the use of discretionary space to ensure you minimise congestion for the Customer Strong “A Brand” Promo - Ensure the team follow the guidance from Store Manager on Commercial Layouts and standards of execution - Support the Store Manager to to deliver a 100% compliance of Promotion including: Windows Gondola ends Side panels Dump bins Stacks Waterfalls Supplier stands (where applicable) Weekly implementation of Promo pick up Rotation of dayglos

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BRAND AWARENESS Leaflets - Implement the leaflet blitz plan for my store , engaging the team to be involved and ensuring blitzes are completed in line with plan, when I am solely responsible for the store Social Media Support the Store Manager to encourage our team to follow Savers on Social Media to support brand promotion Help the Store Manager to Identify local Social Media sites for my Store to feature on e.g. local Facebook groups (as per Company Social Media guidelines) STORE STANDARDS Best Availability - Support the Store Manager in delivering the 10 steps of stock master class daily and weekly Smart Standards Ensure I always complete a detailed commercial floorwalk daily when I am solely responsible for the store, focussing on:: Space utilisation Gaps/Availability Cleaning standards Customer messaging i.e SEL’s, POS etc Use of discretionary space Promo impact Windows Impulse locations Side panels/slat wall Equipment quality GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Always Offer More Sets daily SAS targets for the team and keeps team energised to deliver, when solely responsible for the store Role model the right behaviours on SAS – show the team how to deliver Support the Store Manager in coaching the team to deliver 100% on Basket Fantastic in Mystery Shop No Queues Ensure the Till Supervisor role is in place when I am solely responsible for the store Support the Store Manager to drive continuous improvement on Mystery shop measure for queues CUSTOMER OFFER Range Authority You support the Store Manager to deliver 10 steps to Stock Masterclass and deliver routines when solely responsible for the store Support the Store Manager to fully implement the delist process Sharpest Price Be aware of competitor pricing and highlight any concerns to Store/Asst Manager Support the team to maintain the accuracy of your store price file
