POHA Mission The mission of the Pickard Oaks Homeowners Association is to maintain and improve the value of our real estate investment, within a friendly and comfortable upscale neighborhood.

Parking

Parking and Rules Do not block mailboxes Parking on the streets must be minimized, or the Town will have to implement one side parking The streets of Pickard Oaks may not be used for long-term storage (i.e., more than two weeks) Each home has a garage and driveway, providing enough space for at least two cars.  -- But don’t block sidewalks As there is limited street parking for cars of homeowners each unit is allocated parking rights on the street for no more than one vehicle

Dues Status & Sales As of November 30, 2015 the total delinquencies were $497.00 This is less than .0038% of total annual dues. There have been 7 sales in 2015 and 1 unit is under contract – 303 Charleston. There are no homes currently for sale.
