Patrol Services are contracted in Champion Forest through the Precinct 4 Constables. Our Constables are Lt. Larry Finley (shown), Deputy Jacobie Perry and Corporal Henry Crain.
Lt. Larry Finley – Master Peace Officer licensed through the State of Texas, Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor, trained as an EMT with the State of Texas, began Law Enforcement career in 1989, assigned to Champion Forest in 1995.
