President Must be very flexible with hours Provider recruitment Contact and main point of communication with advisor and providers Non-profit coordinator point of contact Organize/supervise agenda and tasks for each Students HEAL Lead Organize general and leadership meetings Collaborate with advisor and providers to create itinerary Access/maintain bank accounts Manage all emails

Vice President Advises and supports the Leadership Team in decision making and project planning Serves as a liaison between the President and nursing student members. Recruits students for membership. Maintains contact with potential Students H.E.A.L. members.  Addresses disciplinary issues in student members. Assigns student members to committees. Awards “Member of the Month” after Leadership Team nominates an outstanding student member. Manages the bylaws along with the President.  

Secretary Takes minutes at all meetings of the organization Designs and makes Students H.E.A.L name badges. Organizes and facilitates membership cord point system. Maintains membership records, including, but not limited to the following: attendance, participation and cord points.

Treasurer Develops and maintains an annual budget for Students H.E.A.L. Maintains and facilitates necessary accounting records. Collects and deposits all dues, fees and monetary donations. Maintains and manages the AS bank account and PayPal in the organization’s name, requiring signatures of both the Advisor(s) and President for authorized disbursements. Manages reimbursements

Co-Fundraising Set goals to the amount of funds to be raised. Plan, organize and facilitate all fundraising projects and events. Coordinate with the Treasurer in the payment of vendors when applicable and the depositing of fundraising monies. Maintain record of vendor contracts Apply for grants when applicable. Recruit sponsors and encourage donations from the community. Facilitate Member Fundraising Committee

CO-Medical Supplies Collaborate with President, Advisor(s), Healthcare Professionals and non-profit organization in compiling and purchasing medications and medical supplies for volunteering brigade. Work with Advisor(s) to create a Triage Sheet to be used on the brigade. Purchase medications/supplies needed for the brigade Transport medications/supplies to the volunteering destination Plan/organize Shop for a Cause Facilitate Medical Supply Membership Committee Organize a gift to be given to Starfish at the end of the brigade

Marketing Promotes Students H.E.A.L. Acts as a liaison between Students H.E.A.L. organization and supporters. Maintains social media pages, including: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Website. Designs and promotes organizational products, including, but not limited to: t-shirts, business cards, posters and banners. Markets all fundraising events. Establishes contact in community and keeps record of all said contacts. Acts as Historian for Students H.E.A.L., documenting all organization events through photography and video.
