18 18 -19 Very good

1 day Razan Alkhathlan 205 1 May 1967 1. Compare your food servings with the recommended servings for the 4 main food groups. I have to eat 2-6 milk, cheese and servings from the meat, fish. I think my food routine was not bad for my body and it was a little bit good. 3 serving 3 types of food every day ( break fast , lunch , dinner) its good for my body and it make my body strong and good. I have to eat at least 3-5 servings like fresh fruit and vegetable and also , brown bread and cereals group. My meals were 3 servings from the fruit and vegetable group and 10 servings from brown bread and cereals which is very good for my body and make it strong. But I have to eat some sweet and chocolate to gave me more energy so I can focus, so I had 3 servings which a very good for my body and I always try to keep my body healthy and strong. 2. Compare your % values with the recommended % values for protein, carbohydrates, and fats. We have to have 10-35 % of protein and 45 -65 % of carbohydrates and 10-20 % of fat on our daily meals. I had different percentage in my daily food, I had a little bit smaller than the normal percentage , so its not that very bad for my body but I should try to eat a healthy food to keep my body strong. 3. What diet changes should you make? (Mention fiber, types of protein, drinks, types of fat, etc.) I should try to make balance on my food routine so I have to eat portions and carbohydrates equally and I tray to eat less sweet , so I can safe my body from the fatness. 4. Are you eating enough calories? How many calories should you be consuming daily? (see http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=3040366) I should daily have from 2000 to 2400 calories in one day and mine its 1967 in a day so its not that away from the normal calories.

The nutritious diet is we have to make sure that we eat a little food and it has to be a healthy food , we have to eat breakfast , lunch , dinner because it will destroy our body and it will make us fat . On the other hand, my favorite diet is to eat every thing accept the sweet and fast food and my food supposed to be healthy so I wont be fat. 2. Discuss how you designed your nutritious diet (mention your ideal calorie number). I designed my diet by looking into my food like what the most good types of food that I usually ate then I try to eat it always because its good for my body but the once that make my body not good or make my body fat I try to leave it and take fruits instead because it healthy and good for my body.
