5 one day 3223 1. Compare your food servings with the recommended servings for the 4 main food groups. Usually I eat 3 to 5 number of fruits in my daily life especially banana and mango, also I eat salad in my launch. My total serving is 3 and the recommended is 2-4 so I am having enough serving of fruits and vegetables. I have 9 servings of milk/meat group, the recommended is 2-3 serving so I am having more serving of milk/meat than the recommended so I must decrease the number of serving of the mil/meat. , I have 1 bread/cereal serving and the recommended is 6-11, and that’s vey weak so I need to work on this serving because I know it’s very important for my health. I drink 3 small bottle of water every day so I must reduce the number of bottle as we know the more water we have the more health will have. 2. Compare your % values with the recommended % values for protein, carbohydrates, and fats. My percent for the protein is 17, so I must eat a lot of eggs in the breakfast and such of food that reduce the percent of protein. My percent for the fat is 34, which is need to be lower so I must work on this starting to decrease such of food that has a lot of fat. Finally and the larger percent that I have is the carbohydrates which is 46, I need to be careful because that is danger I will start from now to have less percent of carbohydrates. 3. As we see there’s a big different between my nutritious diet and my favorite diet and it’s almost the double of it. Also my favorite diet is above the need of total calories which is between , the fat calories is too very high than the recommended calories. There are a lot of food that I must be avoid of it because I will have a lot of problems in the future, and the examples of these food are the steak and the double burger. So I have to work on myself to be aware of this food. 2. Discuss how you designed your nutritious diet (mention your ideal calorie number). I designed my nutritious diet to contain such of good food that will help me like the fruits and vegetable everyday and in all the main courses because they has a low fat. Also u changed the way of dinner because in the last year I was eating double burger and now I just eat single burger and in the past I was eating chocolate everyday but now I decrease the number of eating sweets and really I found a big different in my weight I lost between kilo, so I will continuo on this way in my life to have a better health in the future.
