5 1 day 2.565 Compare your food serving with the recommended serving for the 4 main food groups. I have one serving of bread\cereal which is lower than the recommended amount I have 8 serving of fruit\veg which is good for my health. I have 6 serving of milk\meat which is too much. And I have 3 servings of fat\sweet which is very low amount of food serving. Compare your % values with the recommended % value for protein, carbohydrates, and fats. I have calories a day, these calories are divided protein, fats, and carbohydrates. The recommended amount of protein is 10-35%, so I’m within the limits. The recommended amount of fat is between 30-40%. Close to the smallest amount, although few of my fat food contains drenched fat ( dairy products ). The recommended amount for carbohydrates is 40-75%. I have the middle amount within the range suggested. What diet changes should you make? (Mention fiber, types of protein, drinks, types of fat, etc.) I should eat more from the fat\sweet serving and the bread\cereal, because I need it in my daily life and it gives me strength. Because it contains carbohydrates, and fiber for example eating spinach can increase my fiber. Also increasing my protein can be by eating fish, drinking milk, and etc. Are you eating enough calories? How many calories should you be consuming daily? (see According to the calories calculator I have calories per day. This number is okay for my body , because I should have 2000 calories per day and I am kind of in the middle so its okay. But I should exercise to stay healthy and eat healthy.

The difference in nutritious food that its healthy and can protect me from diseases and I will have immunity from injuries and diseases. And the nutritious diet can guarantee my life in a good way. As for the favorite diet I can enjoy it but its bad for my health not only from the inside but from outside too. It can make me catch diseases and injuries such liver problems and cancer. nutrition diet can enhance the quality of life by improving appearance. 2. Discuss how you designed your nutritious diet (mention your ideal calorie number). My nutritious diet includes food values that just about reaches my ideal calorie number but its okay ,because I am close to the ideal 2000 calories per day. I have chosen food that is good for my health for example fiber is in vegetables. In my favorite food I chose food that were bad for my health for instance food that contains fat. The amount of fat in favorite food is which is too much for my body and bad for my health. But in nutritious food I reduced it and it became which is good. In designing my nutritious diet I reduced the fat and increased the protein.
