As a user with Basic permissions, you’ll be able to help the company find great candidates by sharing open jobs with your social networks and submitting referrals. Everything is tracked, so the hiring teams will know when you’re responsible for candidates who’ve applied. If you’re ever invited to participate in the interview process, you’ll be able to manage that through Greenhouse as well.

HOW DOES IT WORK? There are three ways for you to spread the word about open jobs and get credit: Submit referrals Share your unique Referrer Link however you like (such as adding it to your email signature) Share specific open jobs with your social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT & LOG IN

HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT STEP 1: Check your email. You should have an invitation from Greenhouse in your inbox Click the link provided in the invitation to open Greenhouse and register your account

HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT STEP 2: Register your account. To successfully register your account, you’ll need to: Enter your name Create and confirm a password (your password must be at least 8 characters and include one upper case character, one lower case character, and a number.) Read and agree to the Greenhouse End- User License Agreement and Privacy Policy Click the Register Button

Going forward, you can go to app.greenhouse.io to access Greenhouse. HOW TO LOG IN Going forward, you can go to app.greenhouse.io to access Greenhouse. If you forget your password, click Forgot Your Password? at the bottom of the login screen.

ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN…

Submit referrals. Click on the + New Referral button. ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN... Click on the + New Referral button. Submit referrals. Choose which job you’re referring this candidate for.

ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN... Submit referrals. Once you’ve submitted a referral, you’ll be able to keep track of the candidate’s status and current interview stage by clicking on the Referrals tab.

Share your Referrer Link. ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN... Share your Referrer Link. From the Referrals tab, copy your Referrer Link and paste it wherever you like (such as an email to friends) to drive candidates to the careers page where all jobs are listed.

Share jobs on social media. ONCE YOU’RE LOGGED IN... Share jobs on social media. From the main dashboard, you can connect your Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. Once they’re connected, either click Post for a one-off posting, or schedule posts to go out at a particular day and time automatically.
