STEP 1: Check your . You should have an invitation from Greenhouse in your inbox Click the link provided in the invitation to open Greenhouse and register your account

STEP 2: Register your account. To successfully register your account, you’ll need to: Enter your name Create and confirm a password (your password must be at least 8 characters and include one upper case character, one lower case character, and a number) Read and agree to the Greenhouse End- User License Agreement and Privacy Policy Click the Register Button

Greenhouse provides comprehensive reports to accelerate your hiring process, help you identify inefficiencies, and make the right call every time. All reports allow you to drill down into each number and view the candidates being referenced. Each report can also be exported to Excel for further analysis.

The Pipeline Report helps you see the health of your pipeline and how it is changing over time. Where are candidates getting stuck? Where are interviewers spending the most time? Where are people dropping out of the process?

The Sourcing Quality Report shows which sources are bringing you the best candidates. How far candidates coming in through each source made it through the pipeline Each source is assigned a Quality % using an algorithm based on incoming volume and how far each of those incoming candidates made it through the job pipeline

Also use reports to understand the performance of each member of your team. For the recruiting team, this includes how many candidates they’ve found, scheduled, moved through the pipeline, and hired. For the rest of the team, this includes the number of candidates they’ve referred, the number of interviews they’ve conducted, and how quickly they fill out their scorecards. You can also view how team members rate candidates compared to their peers (see above) to help you more accurately interpret feedback and coach their interviews
