Enhancing Visibility with SMART by GEP The client chose to implement SMART by GEP to introduce group- wide spend analysis solution. GEP experts fine-tuned the software to incorporate the client’s requirements for complex business rules and reporting. The central procurement team analyzed the data better and examine cost avoidance opportunities to give franchisees key insights and savings strategies.
