4 What is Spend Visibility (SpendVis)?
SpendVis is an “On-Demand Cloud Based” SAP-Ariba tool to: Provide a comprehensive view of spend across the entire organization which drive business decisions and priorities regarding spends and sourcing opportunities. Is used by analysts to create and manage reports and investigate data Serves as a repository for enriched spend data Consists of both SAP-Ariba services and software

5 What is Spend Visibility (SpendVis)?
This SAP-Ariba tool typically answers questions such as: How much is your organization spending? Who is spending it and with whom? How much did you spend on a certain commodity this year versus last year, or the year before? Are you buying the same item from multiple suppliers at different prices? How has the average price per part changed over time? How can you utilize this information in confirming or assisting to identifying your sourcing project pipeline?

10 SpendVis – Data Enrichment
Supplier Enrichment SAP-Ariba will match suppliers to supplier records in our database (powered by D&B) Users will have the ability to report from: 4 levels of enriched supplier information Supplier parentage information Any additional supplier details available from D&B Classifications are based on hint field data such as supplier name, address and DUNS number if available Invoice Enrichment SAP-Ariba will assign an UNSPSC based commodity classification to your invoice line level spend Users will have the ability to report from: 4-Level UNSPSC codes 6-Level Ariba Classification Taxonomy (ACT) codes 6-Level Custom Taxonomy (if provided by client) Classifications are based on hint field data such as supplier, account, descriptions, commodity and additional flex fields
