2016 REMINDERS Noncompliance after acceptance (D.18) – …documentation shall be immediately forwarded, by the Incident Management Team to the Contracting Officer; and the resource will be removed from the dispatch priority list until such time that the resource is brought into compliance and re-inspected at the governments convenience (See D (c)). Repeated notices of noncompliance may be grounds for cancellation of the Agreement. Performance Evaluations (D.20) – evaluation to be completed at the Incident by the Gov’t Rep. supervising the work. Review performance, record Contractor comments, and obtain signature acknowledging completion of evaluation. Acquisition Management USDA Forest Service 14

2016 Reminders (cont.) Toilets – Contractors are paid mileage for service calls; mileage rate applicable to pick-up/deliveries (D.21.8(b)); no payment will be made for relocation within the Incident Base Camp Tents no longer include optional equipment (i.e. cooling units, generators, ADA accessible tents). Orders must be placed utilizing commercial practices or under I/O EERA processes. Type 3 & 4 Tents come with cooling requirement, DO NOT REQUEST AC COOLING ON ANY TENT ORDER. Power is provided by Government Acquisition Management USDA Forest Service 15

2016 Reminders (cont.) Fallers – Single Fallers/Faller Modules are awarded as a single line item unit and will appear on the I-BPA and DPL as a single line item. Rostered fallers will be incorporated into the I-BPA and are found on the last page of the agreement. Once an order is accepted it is the Contractor’s responsibility to fill the order with a faller(s) listed on the roster For payment purposes travel compensation will be paid from the ordered units’ equipment city, regardless of the individual’s physical location at the time of the order being accepted Acquisition Management USDA Forest Service 16
