Fossil Fuels vs. Renewable Energy By Group 5 3 rd Grade In Room 23

What is Fossil Fuel Fossil fuels are different types of energy that are dug up from the Earth. –Oil is the most popular kind of fossil fuel. People use oil in cars, factories, and to make houses warm. –Coal is used in factories to make electricity. –Gas is used in kitchens. Fossil fuels can be used only once. They can not be reused.

What do fossil fuels look like?

Renewable Energy Renewable energy is where energy is gathered from everyday things. –Solar energy comes from the sun. –Wind energy is gathered from wind passing by windmills. –Water energy can be gathered by building dams. Renewable energy goes until infinity. It can be used over and over again.

What does renewable energy look like?

Which one is better? Renewable energy is better because it can be used forever. Renewable energy is clean and is good for us. Fossil fuels can only be used once. They might run out one day. Then we will have no more energy. Fossil fuel makes lots of pollution and it’s hard to breath.

How you can help us change Don’t use many things that use fossil fuel energy. Use renewable energy. Help the environment. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
