KS95 for Kids Radiothon March 6 th -8 th, 2008, Southdale Mall Campaign Summary & Agreement On-Air (:60) second commercial campaign will air in agreed upon weeks and dayparts in Q1 08. Commercial campaign investment = $25,000 Billing and affidavits will follow this commercial campaign monthly. A bonus commercial campaign will air at no charge (3/17 - 3/30) and include a total of 30 (:60) second best time available commercials. The commercials can remain the same as what M&I is airing in March. This will run as a post event thank you....there are some no charge commercials in January as well that are part of your paid $25,000 campaign. The free commercials after the event are part of the "Thank You" page and are above and beyond the $25,000 commercial schedule. 40 total live promotional announcements highlighting KS95 for Kids & Change for Kids partnership with M&I Bank will air in January An interview (pre-recorded to sound live) can air on KS95 with an M&I representative & possibly participants that are actively raising change. The interview will air once in the KS95 Morning Show and once in the KS95 Afternoon Show. A minimum of 25 promotional announcements will air on KS95 prior to and during KS95 for Kids recognizing M&I Bank as a partner of KS95 for Kids and sponsor of Change for Kids. KS95 will conduct all commercial production if needed. On-Site at Radiothon M & I will receive a Power Hour during the KS95 for Kids Radiothon, date and time TBD. A minimum of 5 live promotional announcements will air recognizing M&I Bank as a Power Hour Sponsor. M& I employees will have the opportunity to work the phone bank and answer calls, and take donations during the Radiothon event. M&I can include literature in all KS95 for Kids volunteer bags An M&I Change for Kids banner will be displayed at KS95 for Kids Radiothon An M&I Change for Kids large coin collector will be on display at KS95 for Kids Radiothon

KS95 for Kids Radiothon March 6 th -8 th, 2008, Southdale Mall Campaign Summary & Agreement On-site at M&I Banks KS95 will conduct 2 stations appearances at M&I Bank locations in the month of February. Each two-hour appearance is complete with, banners, music, the KS95 vehicle, KS95 Prize Wheel and plenty of prizes! Each appearance includes 15 live promotional announcements, 30 total. On-line Logo Inclusion and link on the "KS95 for Kids  " Radiothon page at KS95.com 250 Total (:60) second streaming commercials on KS95.com’s streaming broadcast. The message could be the same as the on-air (:60) second commercial. Incorporation of M&I Bank into the Change for Kids Landing Page/website. M&I recognized on the KS95 for Kids online donation and auction page. M&I would provide an item of value for the auction as well. This exposure would run thru the KS95 for Kids Radiothon. KS95 blast to the 30,000 KS95 Loyal Listeners about KS95 for Kids and Change for Kids. will include M&I Bank logo and link. Change collection M & I Banks will encourage existing clients to switch to paperless statements. For each customer that makes the switch M & I Bank will donate $25 to the radiothon effort in the customers name M & I Banks will donate $10 to the radiothon effort for every parent that starts a new savings account for their child. Each participating M&I branch will be given a Change for Kids coin canister to collect change from customers. M & I Banks will be a point of drop off for all participating schools, businesses, and clubs that raise cash for Change for Kids, the other point of drop off is the KS95 for Kids Radiothon. In addition to registering online at KS95 for Kids, M& I will be the exclusive distribution point for Change for Kids Cash Bags and registration form.

M&I logo inclusion on coin canisters at participating retail and business locations. Change for Kids Newsletter sent to schools Metro wide will include mention of M&I’s involvement as the official destination for change deposits. M&I will receive recognition as a partner in the form of your logo indicating your support in a pre or post event ad in the Pioneer Press and Star Tribune. On-Site at Hospitals If wanted by M&I, we can arrange a VIP Tour for 10 employees at each hospital. KS95 for Kids 2009 M&I has category exclusivity and right of first refusal for next year’s event thru Sept 1, ,000 Donation to KS95 for Kids ($20K to be pd.
