1 entercomsacramento.com “Miracle Meal” THE CONCEPT… FUSION has developed a promotional tie-in to Entercom’s annual Radiothon event benefiting the UC Davis Children’s Hospital, part of the Children’s Miracle Network. The core concept of this opportunity is that area KFC locations would raise money for Radiothon by donating $1 of the proceeds from ‘Miracle Meal’ purchases during the promotional campaign. ABOUT RADIOTHON… Each February, Entercom Radio conducts its annual RADIOTHON – an informative, entertaining, and historically successful (over $2,000,000 so far) fund-raising campaign for the UC Davis Children’s Hospital. The UC Davis Children’s Hospital, located in downtown Sacramento, is the area’s only fully accredited, comprehensive children’s hospital. UC Davis Children’s Hospital serves 33 counties, and over 60,000 children are cared for each year. It is also home to our region’s only pediatric intensive care unit with its nationally recognized faculty physicians. The funds raised during Radiothon go directly to the hospital’s needs for life saving equipment and rehabilitation programs. Approximately $50,000 was donated to the UC Davis Children’s Hospital / CMN as a result of KFC ’s participation in this program! 2 entercomsacramento.com “Miracle Meal” (cont’d) THE DETAILS… TIMING: Five (5) weeks (January 22 – February 24, 2007) This timing leads up to the Radiothon event, and will provide KFC with incremental market exposure and a customer incentive during a key sales period that includes the Super Bowl. HOW IT WORKS: KFC Miracle MealFUSION will use On-Air, On-Line and On-Site marketing elements to drive customers to participating KFC locations and encourage them to buy a KFC Miracle Meal. ‘Miracle Meals’ are 9-piece buckets of KFC chicken with two (2) large sides and four (4) biscuits. Purchase a KFC Miracle Meal, and KFC will make a $1 donation to the UC Davis Children’s Hospital / Children’s Miracle Network.

KFC to provide a coupon for a free meal at KFC for participating in the Miracle Test Drive Program. The Sacramento Credit Union ‘Change Bandits’ program (February 23, 2007, 5P-8P at Country Club). This program encourages youths between the ages of 8-14 to sign up for a ‘Change Bandit’ kit and raise money for the UC Davis Children’s Hospital / Children’s Miracle Network. KFC EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAM FUSION will provide two-thousand dollars ($2,000) in prizes for employee incentives.
