Accommodation  Conwy Youth hostel  1 st / 2 nd Floor corridors locked for Bushey Manor  Separate girls and boys rooms  Rooms of 4/5 with ensuite shower  Bedding provided  Rooms informed when we arrive.

Food  Breakfast: cereal, fruit juice, toast and jam/marmalade plus a choice of cooked breakfast  Lunch: packed lunch- sandwich, fruit, crisps  Dinner: 3 courses with several choices including vegetarian Bangers & Mash Traditional Fish & Chips Homemade Vegetable Lasagne Filled Jacket Potatoes ~~~ Apple Crumble & Custard Fresh Fruit & Yoghurts ~~~ All served with vegetables & salad This also includes squash & tea and coffee

Monday  Please arrive at 7am. We aim to leave Bushey Manor at 7:30am  Stop for lunch at Ironbridge museum (Blists Hill)  Packed lunch provided please!  Arrive at Conwy early evening  Children will carry own bags to room!  Children will make own bed!

Tuesday  Llechwedd Slate Cavern  Here we will visit Victorian mine underground to learn about Victorian boy’s life.  Walk up the lower reaches of Mount Snowdon  Sensible shoes and light jacket please

Wednesday  All day Activity day at Plas-Y- Brenin.  Children will try;  Canoeing  Climbing wall  Low ropes  Children are likely to get wet- spare clothes, shoes and towel in labelled bag please!

Thursday  Llandudno- Victorian town  Tram ride visit to Great Orme  Seafront and pier visit

Thursday Evening  Caernarfon Fun Centre  An exciting and fun-filled evening to round off the week’s activities.  Children with excellent behaviour throughout the week will have the maximum amount of time at the fun centre.

Friday  Leave hostel  Visit Conwy castle  Return to Bushey Manor at approximately 6pm

Kit List  Kit lists have been provided. All of this information will be on the class pages of our new website.  No electrical equipment  Disposable camera  Please label everything!

Next steps  Please check Wisepay.  Full amount £250 should have been paid by now.  Pocket money, to school by Wednesday 20 th April  Medications (prescribed only) - complete health form and return by Wednesday 20 th April 2016, along with any medicine. -Asthma Inhalers and Spacers -Sleeping concerns -Epi-pens or Allergy tablets-Eczema cream - Travel sickness tablets-Eye drops - Dietary needs-Hay fever medication

Notes added after the meeting  PYB activities will be led by on-site, trained staff.  Staff are first aid trained.  If children want to send letters/postcards home, they will need an addressed and stamped envelope packed in their bag.  Children will need to carry their suitcases up two flights of stairs, so please make sure they are not too heavy to lift.  Please pack for a range of weather, especially for Tuesday climb of Mount Snowdon, it can get very windy and cold!  Please only send prescription medication to class teachers by Wednesday 20 th April  Please return your medical forms ASAP.
