 You will have those teeth, skin, hair, and nails the rest of your life.  What you do now will affect your teeth, skin, hair, and nails in the future.  Proper care of teeth, skin, hair, and nails will be less expensive in the long run!!! (Less medical bills).

 To keep your gums healthy, Brush daily. Do this at least twice a day, but if possible, brush after every meal.  Fluoride – A substance that helps prevent tooth decay.  Flossing is also important. It removes food trapped between your teeth and along the gum line that rinsing and brushing miss.  Be sure to brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes every time!!!!

 Bacteria live in your mouth. When this combines with saliva and sugar, plaque forms.  Plaque – A thin, sticky film that builds up on teeth and contributes to tooth decay.

 Unremoved plaque may also harden and become tartar.  Tartar – Hardened plaque that threatens gum health.
