Kellogg Student Populations served by the CMC 750 students Approximately per class (Two-Year MBA, One-Year MBA, MMM, JD-MBA, Part-Time Program) Two-Year (2Y) MBA: 500 Students (approx.) – Largest program – 24.5 Credits – Offers greatest flexibility to explore new interests and develop management and leadership skills – Nine core courses – Accounting, Management and Organizations, Marketing, Finance, Decision Sciences, Management and Strategy One-Year (1Y) MBA: 70 students (approx.) (full time recruitment only) – 15.5 credits (accelerated curriculum) – Clear and consistent career goals – Majority have undergraduate business degrees

Kellogg Student Populations served by the CMC MMM (MBA + MEM) – 60 students (approx.) – Two year dual degree program with McCormick School of Engineering – Majors available in Operations or Design & Innovation along with all MBA options JD-MBA – 30 students (approx.) – Three year dual degree program with Northwestern School of Law – Most common industries of employment include Law, Consulting, and Financial Services Part-Time – 100 students (approx.) registered with CMC – (full time recruitment only) – Similar admissions profile to two year MBA, may have more work experience – If student receives tuition help from employer, they will have obtained a waiver from employer allowing them to participate in the CMC recruiting process – Work full time while taking classes at night

Recruiting at Kellogg: Key Dates Interview Reservations – May 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. CT Presentation / KNN Reservations – June 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. CT Interview Dates – FT: Oct. 19 – Nov. 20 – Internship: Jan. 25 – Feb. 26 Reservations taken on a first-come, first-served basis online through the Career Management System. On Campus Recruiting: Decision Deadlines and Guidelines (Full Recruiting Calendar )Full Recruiting Calendar Student Decision Deadline First year decision deadline – Must be given until March 1 st or one week whichever is longer Second year decision deadline – If offer is from a students summer employer must be given until December 1 st or three weeks, whichever is longer – All other offers must be given through January 15 th Students can always accept earlier, but are under no obligation to accept earlier Recruiting Guidelines Companies may only interact with each class (1 st / 2 nd year) through a CMC event once Examples: – 1 st year Presentation & 2 nd year KNN – 1 st and 2 nd year KNN – 1 st and 2 nd year presentation – 1 combined (1 st and 2 nd year) KNN or presentation For full recruiting guidelines, please refer to our website

Recruiting at Kellogg: Promoting Your Company Company Promotional Opportunities – Presentations Event may include a formal presentation followed by a networking session with alumni and other company representatives On- and off-campus options M-Th 5:15 p.m., M/W/F 12:15 p.m., M-Th 7:00 p.m. (Off-campus) – Kellogg Networking Nights Receptions with up to 15 companies from a particular industry or group of industries in attendance Financial Services, Consulting, General, others TBD Full list on website by June 2 nd – Atrium Hours An opportunity for company representatives to meet with students on an informal basis in the Levy Atrium Talk to your Industry Relationship Manager about reserving dates

Kellogg Career Management System For Employers: Overview System used to make reservations, review submitted resumes, select closed list candidates and view interview schedules Schedules: At least 30% of interview schedules must be open (students bid to interview) —70% Closed / 30% Open *new* —50% Closed / 50% Open —100% Open 30, 45, 60, 90 minute length options (standard or traditional schedules) Back to Back: total number of schedules reserved must equal the total number of recruiters. Must be an even number, as the student will change rooms to another recruiter after the first 30 / 45 minutes Final schedule confirmation two business days before on campus date —Students may swap, drop, or be promoted off the waitlist before that time
