Purpose To provide an overview of the NOA ‘s approach to providing skills, knowledge and qualifications to global outsourcing professionals

o The NOA is an independent, not–for- profit trade association and a leading member of the European Outsourcing Association (EOA) o Our objective is to communicate the benefits and strategic lessons of outsourcing to a wider audience and promote excellence in outsourcing practice. o We deliver thought leadership, advocacy and education on all aspects of business outsourcing. Professional awards, university accreditation The programmes bring together professional and academic rigour The NOA awards the qualifications, and they are accredited by Middlesex University in London – confirming their level, integrity and value. We have already had hundreds of students on our programmes, and interest continues to grow from all over the world.

Programme overview Gateway : Online information alongside a multi choice test – an introduction to outsourcing for those new to role – Foundations : A series of 4 one-day workshops followed by optional self managed work based learning to achieve Certification (CertNOA) Diploma : A post grad level programme, workshops and tutor support. Mod 1 – diagnostic exercise using Life Cycle / Mod 2 and 3 – focus on own work challenges to deliver value to the business (DipNOA)

Foundations of Outsourcing Relevant for a wide range of practicing professionals who want to obtain a professional qualification – provider or client 4 one-day workshops: Life Cycle; Governance; Performance Management; Relationship Management – no requirement to attend all workshops. Option to submit ‘evidence of work based learning – a 4,000 word paper Step 1: Attend 2 workshops and submit one paper = NOA Foundation Certificate in Outsourcing Practice Progression: Four workshops / 3 papers = NOA Professional Certificate in Outsourcing Practice CertNOA HML, Reuters, Co-op Banking Group, Alliance Boots, Capital One Bank, Standard Life, Carphone Warehouse, The Phoenix Group, Zurich Financial Services…
