©Searchlight Insurance Training ILM – Endorsed Programme in Management and Leadership Every year the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) recognises the professional development achievements of managers from team leader to board level, as well as managers of small businesses. Well over 500,000 managers have improved their own performance and brought real benefits to their firms by taking part in programmes such as these. The ILM Endorsed Award is a flexible and practical approach to gaining an external validation and recognition through a premier awarding body and can be tailored to your own specific requirements. This effectively means that firms can decide what to include as part of the course content and the timescale for course completion. The Endorsed Award is not a full qualification – however, delegates still receive a certificate of achievement at the end of the programme and a year’s full student membership to the ILM. These awards offer an excellent introduction to the ILM standards without compromising the quality of content or delivery. To successfully complete this Endorsed programme delegates must: attend all 6 days of the programme complete management related tasks outside of the training days complete an assignment in the form of test questions to demonstrate understanding of management and how the models and theories covered throughout the programme have relevance to the delegate’s work Duration: One day per month over 6 months CII CPD Credits: 25 per day
©Searchlight Insurance Training Aims and Learning Outcomes The ILM Endorsed Award in Management and Leadership is aimed at managers and leaders with specific responsibility for delivering business success and managing change.
