2 Work Based Learning Develops your organisation Upskills your workforce with higher level skills Develops staff personally and professionally Addresses demanding and dynamic changes in an organisation We do this by: Capturing the learning already going on in the workplace, in short awards or academic degrees/ post grad awards Giving skills to employees through reflection, inquiry and new knowledge Assisting implementation of new learning into the workplace through project work, which can make a strategic impact 2
