Contact with the lecturer You should ask the lecturer for his/her at the beginning of the courses you will be attending. Every lecturer has his/her office hours when students can come in and ask questions. The office hours will be posted on the Lazarski website in the Erasmus/incoming students/downloads page. 6

Important documents In order to prepare your student identity card, bring the following documents to the International Programmes Department: Health Insurance document/ card Passport or ID document 1 Photo 3x4 cm 8

Student ID Card If you loose your student ID card, you will be obliged to show a copy of a declaration from the police (in english) that you have in fact reported it lost or stolen. Without a confirmation on the loss of this document, you will not receive your transcript of records at the end of the semester. 9

Course Selection Transitioning from the proposed study programme to the changes of the proposed study programme – you will be able to Change your courses if: The course you have chosen is not available during the semester The course you have chosen collides time wise with another course 10

Course Schedule When choosing your courses please remember to check the Virtual University concerning the time and date of the course. Some courses might collide with each other. 11

Courses Remember: Please try to complete your Learning Agreement DURING THE MOBILITY section as thourougly and fast as possible. Check in the Virtual University if all of your chosen courses are presented there. It is neccessary to attend the chosen courses from the very beginning.  see courses description in handbooks 20

Attendance obliged to attend every course Regardless of the practices in your home university, you are obliged to attend every course of the chosen subject. After 2 unjustified absences, the lecturer has a full right not to allow you to take the final exam. 22

Internet Before using the wi-fi connection on the premises of the university, you need to visit the IT department with your computer/phone. You can do that from Monday – Friday, from 11:00 to 13:00 in room 121.
