Bring it to us at the Welcome Desk in U17 for signing and stamping
If you are an Erasmus Economics student you can also take your Certificate of Arrival to the Economics Erasmus Office in Bldg. U7, 4th floor

5. FIRST STEPS: ARRIVAL DOCUMENTS
BADGE/STUDENT CARD
You will receive a mail from Banca Popolare di Sondrio in order to book an appointment and get your badge
Go to the Bank in U6 – ground floor and take your badge
Sign the enrolment confirmation (domanda di immatricolazione) at the Bank

6. FIRST STEPS: LEARNING AGREEMENT
COMPLETE YOUR LEARNING AGREEMENT
Get the signature of your Bicocca Departmental Erasmus Coordinator
Bring it to us at the Welcome Desk in U17 for processing or to your University Angel or, if you are an Economics student, to the Economics Erasmus Office in U7
FOR EACH SUBJECT YOU MUST INDICATE ITS CODE!

Ask for confirmation from the Erasmus Coordinator at your home University if you need it Give a copy of the “Amendments to Learning Agreement” to the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator in Bicocca for signature Bring it to us in person at the Erasmus Welcome Desk during opening times If you are an Erasmus Economics student take your Amendments to the Economics Erasmus Office in U7
