Supplies Collegiate Academy school supply list is available on our new school website. 6th Grade Supply List Sizes and quantities not specified are at the discretion of parent and scholar

School Uniforms Collegiate crest must be sewn to a red or black polo- style shirt. Collegiate polos should be worn with black or khaki pants, short, capris, skirts or jumpers. Friday dress is single color, dark blue or black jeans with a CHISD /Collegiate/College spirit shirt. Specifics on the dress code can be found at the school website.

School Day Cedar Hill Collegiate Academy hours are 8:15am- 3:45pm. The doors will open at 7:30am. Open Gym, Student Union, and Cafeteria in morning and after school (not during lunch). Transition between classes – no bells, but scholars will line up outside the door of the next class Teacher escorts to labs and Student Union No Recess, but extended lunch

Transportation We have established several, safe bus “hubs” for our Collegiate Scholars (6 th -12 th grade). 6 th grade will sit in the front. 9 th – 12 th in the back Most upper classmen (11 th -12 th ) will elect to drive themselves to this campus or CVC Collegiate scholars are very well behaved while in route and on our campus.

Counselor Students may visit counselor throughout the school day with a pass from their instructor. If the counselor is not in the office, students should complete a Request to See Counselor form and slide it underneath the door. Normally contacted by the end of the day. Communication It is very important to each scholar’s success that there are open lines of communication between the Academy and Parents. Please be sure that you have accurate contact information ( and phone) on file with the Academy Computer lab available for updates
