4 House Bill 5 (HB5) Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) by Spring 2015 “Multidisciplinary Studies” Endorsement Only (for Collegiate) “Distinguished Achievement” attainable with 4 credits in math(including Algebra II), 4 credits in science, and completion of curriculum requirements in Multidisciplinary Studies Endorsement “Performance Acknowledgements” for outstanding performance on PSAT, ACT, SAT, Dual Credit Courses(12 hours and a 3.0 average)

5 School Day Start time – 8:15am Students will wait in Cafeteria until 8:10am and then move to Collegiate glass doors – CLASS STARTS AT 8:15! Release time – 3:15pm Acceleration/Intervention and Clubs built-in school day Tutoring - Monday & Wednesday until 4:00pm (Buses provided) Other days are at the teacher’s discretion

6 Transportation Car Riders: – Parent drop off, 7:45am, Door #15 – Parent pick up, 3:15pm Door #15 – After 8:15am, drop off at Door #11 and a students will be required to sign in and a tardy assessed Bus Riders: – Bus drop off at back of cafeteria by dumpster – Bus pick up North side of building (Collegiate side) – Routes can be found on district and campus website

Communication with Professors - Parents DO NOT contact college professors. This is the responsibility of the STUDENT, first and foremost, and for the administration to assist.

9 Important Upcoming Dates 8/22 – CVC New Student Orientation (for 11th and 12th grades – optional event), at CVC, 9am-1pm 8/25 – First day of school for both High School and CVC!!! 9/1 – Labor Day Holiday 9/4 – All Pro Dads meeting, NGC, 6:30pm – 7pm 9/16 – Meet the Teacher night, Collegiate, 7pm -9pm 9/20 – Collegiate Family and Friends Picnic AND Football Intramural Tourney, at Collegiate, Enter through Door #1, 9am – 3pm 10/4 – Fall Parent Academy, TBD 10/18 – Fall Coronation Dance, at Collegiate, 7pm-11pm $15

13 Dress Code Dress Code –White, Polo shirt ONLY; Black or Khaki pants or shorts (finger tip length) with Crest Crest - 1st is free; $2 each; Packs of 4
