4 Present perfect tense We use the present perfect tense to talk about completed actions.e.g. (a) Charlie is eating the sandwich.(b) Charlie has eaten the sandwich.
5 Present perfect tense We use the present perfect tense when we do not know the time of action. We do not usually use these phrases with present perfect tense (e.g. yesterday, last week, in 1999, on Monday).I have washed the dishes yesterday.OR I washed the dishes yesterday.

13 ‘Yet’ goes at the END of a sentence. Already, yet In the present perfect tense, we use already with positive (yes) sentences and yet with questions or negative (no) sentences. Have you eaten the apples yet? (question)‘Yet’ goes at the END of a sentence. No, I haven’t eaten the apples yet. (negative) Yes, I’ve already eaten the apples.
