10. Electrical Symbols Connect symbols for switches to fixtures with switch leg connector symbol (line between switch and fixture or outlet) Provide a symbol legend Dimensions are not provided except in special situations (as per previous slide)

11. Assignment / References Take your scaled sketch floor plans and draw the switch, outlet, fixture, “leg” locations COLORS: SWITCHES, OUTLETS, FIXTURES, “LEGS” Reference text pg 348-352 Blueprint Reading course pg 177-178 Classroom sample plans
