2 Welcome We are pleased to announce the launch of Tele'ware Version 3.0. Throughout this presentation we will show you the benefits of this unique and robust system. By the end we are sure you will see how Tele'ware can save your company time and money. There are always several steps and procedures when making a sale. The Tele’Ware application was designed to bring all the necessary steps involved into one nice neat package. 3 Users & Access Levels With the use of user access levels, you can assign your employees the appropriate functions that they require to complete there job, these levels can be modified to meet each employee’s requirements. 4 Data Entry Time and efficiency is an important part of any successful company, that's why the Tele'ware data entry application is simple and easy to use.  Affiliates/Call Centers enter in all customer and billing information through a web based application, once all the criteria (which is customized to suite your needs) is entered into the system, a unique ID number is given to that customer. This information is stored in your data- base, with all the relevant information pertaining to each customer, including a scheduled debit date, each record/order can be easily printed at any time with all necessary information for manual use.  Tele'ware checks for duplications based on any criteria i.e. routing and account numbers, telephone numbers etc. If duplication is detected it will notify the data entry person before proceeding.  Tele'ware authenticates valid credit card and valid routing numbers. If a routing or credit card number is invalid, the system will notify the data entry person before proceeding.  Tele'ware can block NO CALL STATES (which is customized to suite your needs).  Affiliates/Call Centers enter the name of the lead or lead source for statistics and reporting.  Tele'ware is capable of transacting any type of payment method. click here to view a sample of the DATA ENTRY page

6 Customer Service Tele'ware will be your customer service representatives best friend. You and your representatives will benefit by the ease of use. Searching   Tele'ware allows your customer service representatives to pull up customer information at the click of a button, Searches can be made by last name, telephone number, customer ID number, account number, verification number, etc. Editing   Based on their user access level they may be able to change information such as shipping information, banking information debit dates, etc. Customer Logs and Notes   All information discussed with the customer can be logged and stored for future reference. Package Reshipment   At the click of a button the customer service representative can have a package reshipped to the customer. Cancels   At the click of a button the customer service representative can cancel the customers order; this will automatically block the customer from being debited. Refunds   Based on the user access level, a refund can be given to the customer or the customer service representative can request the refund then the manager can give the approval.

7 Processing Processing is the most important part of your business. Tele'ware helps to eliminate any human errors, by instituting multiple checks before any transaction is complete. Batch processing is most commonly used in today's business environments.   There are 2 options Tele’ware will automatically look for all records that have today's debit date and places them in the Processing file, or you can manually enter the customer's ID# into the processing file on the scheduled debit date.   Records can be added or removed from the processing file at any time.   The processing file can be sent via email or FTP etc. manually or automatically.   Files can be sent to the processor as many times as you feel necessary this is set by you one time only at the initial set up and can be changed at any time.   Results from the processor can be uploaded into the system. Uploading results can be done by you or by the processor directly. Single Transaction Processing is commonly used for Credit Card transactions.  There are 2 options Tele'ware will automatically look for all records that have today's debit date and submit them to the processor one at a time, or you can manually enter the customer's ID# one at a time.  Results are automatically posted on the customer information page.  Tele'ware sends reports to you via email with the results i.e. Approved, Declined, Invalid Card, Expired Card, etc.  Declined cards can then be reattempted automatically at a time that is set by you.  For example; a decline can be set to be reattempted every Friday for as long as you wish. 10 Fulfillment Getting your product to your customer on time is essential.   Once the customer has been approved Tele'ware automatically places the customer's record into the fulfillment file.   Files can be sent to the fulfillment company via email, ftp etc. manually or automatically daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly these parameters are set by you once only at the initial set up.   Once the fulfillment company has shipped the product the tracking numbers can be uploaded into the system. Uploading tracking numbers can be done by you or by the fulfillment company directly.   Once uploaded, the tracking number becomes a clickable link directly to the shipping company's website for tracking purposes. click here to view a sample of the FULFILLMENT page

12 Reporting Pulling reports quickly and easily is what sets Tele'ware apart from any other software.   Once the responses have been uploaded to the system you can pull reports based on virtually anything from daily approves and declines to weekly/monthly totals.   Affiliates/Call Centers can pull there own reports. The system eliminates the need for you to send reports to your Affiliates/Call Centers, they can make and pull reports on there own.   Any and all data that is in the system is easily reported by this application, you can use the already made report, or customize your own report by specifying what information you would like to see   You can customize your reports to meet your needs i.e. First Name, Last Name Response, Affiliate/Call Center, Sales representative, Lead Source etc. click here to view a sample of the REPORTING page
