2. F. Sugar Act Why did the British pass the Sugar Act?
To collect taxes from the colonists, to make money because of the French and Indian War

Laws enforcing the Navigation Acts (regulating who the colonists trade with)

They are corrupt

Accused had to prove they were innocent

4. H. Quartering Act What did it allow?
British soldiers to be housed (and supplied) in private homes

Suspended their power of their assembly (taking power away from the colony)
