3 I. Introduction What is ? Whom is it for?
Learning.Net is LGE‘s corporate training portal which allows learners to search and apply for e-learning and classroom training courses on-line. Learners are able to enhance their competency and performance levels through timely, accessible, and customized e-learning and classroom courses. The global L&D teams support learners with their learning management experience . ※ Courses applied through CDP prior may be edited through Learning.net. Changes will be reflected on the CDP. Whom is it for? All global LGE employees Employees whose first language is not Korean Foreign Service Employees (FSE) who collaborate with local employees (ISE) How many courses are available? Currently approximately 530 e-learning courses and 350 offline courses are available in categorized into 7 topics and 32 sub-topics. What value does it create? How to register E-learning Click [Apply] button Get supervisor’s approval Take the course Search for available courses Click [Apply]button or contact the course administrator Get supervisor’s and CFO’s approval for biz. trip costs Classroom Take the course Personalized Training Dashboard Easier Course Search (by topics, type, training duration, language, region, and course offering date) Individual Study Room by course (checking progress, archive, sending memo, etc.) Upgraded user Interface & design

4 II. Login 1. Access through LGEP
From LGEP page, click on the ‘Learning.Net‘ icon Click Click

5 II. Login 2. Direct Access 1 Type in your web browser address pane. If you are accessing the site for the first time, click [Search ID] Enter your available address and click [Search]. Main page of Learning.NET consists of Personal dashboard, Information, Course selection, Course application, and My Courses. Check out more details of each part in the following slides. 3 1. Personal Dashboard Users can check their overall training status. 2. Information Notices, how to take a course, troubleshooting related to learning are provided for users’ convenience. 3. Course Selection Users search for available courses by using search function. 4. Course Application Users check detailed information of each course and apply for available offerings. 5. My Courses Users check current application status. Access Study Room of each course to enhance learning experience. 1 4 2 5

Check/edit private/organizational information. Approval/Reference/Request - Approval: Shows the list of courses which learner has requested to take that is awaiting for supervisor’s approval - Reference: Shows current status related to supervisor’s training approval - Request: Show a list of courses you have requested to take to your supervisor (pending approval) Learning Hours Check total learning hours per year. History Check learning history. 1 2 2 4 ※ Some courses may be required to get approval from supervisors before participating. In such case, supervisors will receive an automated alert from Learning.Net requiring them to either approve or reject an attendance from participating a training of subordinates. 3 5 6 3 4 5 My Learning Summary of enrolled courses. Users view courses they are enrolled in and move to Study Rooms. Information(Notice/Q&A/FAQ) Check for various notices and information about system or courses and if necessary, learner’s can ask a question to the system’s manager. 6
