It is clear in the competitive landscape that the only thing that has been done is a website. Nothing in the basics of Social Networking, social media, content sites, authority sites, wiki’s, blogs, vlogs, podcasts, press releases, articles or testimonials have been done. Creating a targeted funnel to route traffic to the businesses website and blog will be easy. It is clear with an institutional brand that business due diligence and industrial partnerships is the focus. As Companies look for partners and manufacturers in your industry, what will they find? The key is to create an online communications solution that works in tandem with your traditional means of client acquisition. Sales and marketing, brand affinity and brand strategy are easy to accomplish online. In our high level S.M.A.R.T. Many other companies in both organic search and dynamic media search outperform any and all of your efforts for many of the high trafficked terms. We’ve selected only a handful of the hundreds of competitors online. We were not able to find you in organic search for any of the products that you sell. 4 Website evaluation We’ve added a few screen shots of some of the other websites in the same industry. Point of View (POV) – The point of view from your website perspective was very clear and the site navigation is very good. In the competitive landscape the site layout compared to the sites in your industry is very good. Unique Selling Point (USP) – The website has no unique selling point. While the message is clear there is no competitive distinction and very little search presence to get a customer here from targeted online traffic. It would be easy to targeted traffic to this site and increase the exposure but we feel there should be a stronger value proposition message throughout the site. Call to Action (CTA) –There is no call to action and there was no unique value proposition that made Ta Chen stand out in the industry. One should come here through search and find a value message or ways to help in the decision making process. This is a highly competitive industry and the online presence from the competitors is far more aggressive with messaging and reasons to use their brand. Ta Chen is a major player in the industry and should celebrate their successes online as well as feature some of their client testimonials and success stories to create new opportunity.

13 Social Networking sites – In our findings there is little to no social registry with the exception of Facebook and Linkedin. With a vast amount of social networks there should be presence as well as syndication of all your sites to appeal to the search engines. This creates a customer funnel to your business. Currently there is none. Social networks are highly indexed by the search engines and create a massive search presence for your business. Whether it is for funding, customer acquisition, customer retention, or fund raising there must be a network of syndicated social sites to capture this traffic and to create a movement. 21 Content site ranking There is no content site format and zero syndication for media delivery. You haven’t created any content sites. Competitor ranking There are thousands of other metal component and material producing companies. Most of them have a much better position online. Many of them have much better reviews and web presence. However, in the search and social presence many of them have not created much of a diverse web and social presence. We find in this space that the surgical use of the Social Media and Internet Marketing strategies would have massive penetration and potential growth online.

This is a great indicator that a digital media strategy set fourth to own the airwaves will be easy. The metals manufacturing business is highly competitive on the Internet and it is easy to develop penetration in these verticals online.
