A Peek At The Week
-In reading we are continuing to switch to our leveled reading groups.
-During math we will begin constructing true number sentences by pairing equal expressions. For example = Students will also begin looking for the larger part to count on in finding our total.
-Writing time will be used on writing a story on things we love. Students will write a draft and then we will practice adding more details in our writing and illustrations.
-Our Core Knowledge time will switch to Social Studies this week and introduce a new unit on Early World Civilizations. We will discuss history, time lines, and introduce Mesopotamia.
