e- MBO TRAINING MODULE FINAL REVIEW

APPRAISER SECTION

From the Home page click on the Final Review button

Type the Employee Code Type the Password Choose Your role as appraiser 0182

The Name of the Appraisee who have submitted their final reviews will be shown here Names of the Appraisee whose appraisal process in over appears here

On clicking the Appraisee’s name here, the Appraiser can access the Final Review of the Appraisee.

Scroll Down and press continue

Check the section, Scroll Down and press continue.

After checking the Goals & categories. Please click here to proceed to view the KRA s.

The MBO page with the KRA 1 section will appear. Scroll down at the bottom of the page.

Check Appraisee’s comments Put your comments as an Appraiser Comment 1 Put your Goal Rating here Press Continue to move to next KRAs

If you do not put the Appraiser’s Final review, and press continue this error message will appear.

If you do not put the Goal rating, and press continue this error message will appear.

Comment 5 After putting your appraiser's comments for all the KRAs you come to the KRA 5 page where you put your final comments and Goal rating and press continue.

As an appraiser you check the comments made by appraisee. Press Continue button to proceed to Leadership evaluation section

In this section the appraiser has to assign a leadership effectiveness rating for each competency listed below and finally assign an overall rating.

After assigning the rating the overall rating under each leadership competencies will be calculated automatically.

After giving the overall ratings under each leadership competencies, the Overall Leadership Rating will be generated. Also the overall Goal rating from the all 5 KRA s will be generated here. Press the Continue button

Overall assessment 1 Overall Leadership Competency 1 Recommended Training 1 Give comments as appraiser Press Continue button to finish the first round of Appraisal process.

If you do not put the overall assessment of Goal accomplishment, and press continue this error message will appear.

If you do not put the comments on overall Leadership Competency, and press continue this error message will appear.

If you do not put the recommended training for the appraisee, and press continue this error message will appear.

On pressing confirm button you will get this message You will note that on confirmation the name of Appraisee will come down here

After re login click continue from the Goal Categories page to view the KRA s.

Instead of going to individual KRA page you will get one page showing details of all the KRA s. Check the total info, scroll down. Comment 1 5

After scrolling down to the bottom of the page click on Leadership Performance to view to the page, which will open in a separate Window. After viewing it close the window and press Continue.

You will come to the section where the appraisee has given his comments. Press continue button to move to the next page.

Then the appraiser will put his confidential comment and his signature. Joseph Conrad
