2. How to Log In Using this link:
You will get to this screen where you will need your username and password to gain access.

3. Home Page – This is the 1st thing you will see when you log in
Home Page – This is the 1st thing you will see when you log in. Any tasks you have to do will be listed here. Click on them and it will take you to the next step. **Note: tasks in yellow will be on your to do list, if they are in red they are overdue**

4. This section shows what appraisals you have to complete or have completed. The steps for the complete process or outlined also. Only the blue portions you will be responsible for. To complete an evaluation just click on Edit Appraisal.

5. Once you click on Edit Appraisal the evaluation will open and you will be able to scroll down and grade and comment for each competency. Everything listed in the Comments portion will be visible by the employee.

6. At this time you can click Send for Review, which allows you to select another individual to offer comments based on what you have entered for an evaluation. Once you’ve completed the evaluation you can click Submit in the top right to push it to the next step in the process.

7. Once, the evaluation is complete and passed onto the next step in the process you will see Completed. At this point you can click next employee or the X to get out of the evaluation and back to task status page.

8. To view the employees who report to you click on My Employees
To view the employees who report to you click on My Employees. From here you will be able to view past evaluations, compensation history, and add/view documents.
