Advancing Government through Collaboration, Education and Action Champions First class to run concurrent with next Voyagers class – Fall 2015 (Champions will serve as mentors to Voyagers) Base Curriculum developed; Two single day overnight offsites, one leadership day, four additional monthly meetings –Leadership Day will revolve around Speed of Trust (Franklin Covey) –Monthly meetings will reflect ACT-IAC Strategic Plan topics and solutions –Industry/Government Collaboration topic may be lead by ACT President and IAC Chair Targeting fees as $7500/$10,000 Class size – 12 (6 Government/6 Industry) – We will consider larger class if interest is there. First offsite location may be Salamander Resort in Middleburg 8
