Manage Users-Single  After logging into WIDA AMS, locate and click on Manage Users on the left navigation menu  Add a single user by filling in the following: First Name, Middle Initial and Last Name Address Administration: (Select ACCESS for ELLs –Kentucky) District School User Role: Test Administrator (District Assessment Coordinators and Technology Coordinators already have access to WIDA AMS) 3 KDE:OAA:DSR:CW 10/14/15

Manage Users  Once the user role has been selected for test administrator, available permissions will be on the screen  DAC will need to use the right arrow to move available permissions to the assigned permissions box  Once permissions are assigned then hit the save button at the bottom of the screen 4 KDE:OAA:DSR:CW 10/14/15

Manage Users-Upload Multiple Users  Click on Upload Multiple Users at the top  Download the File Layout and Sample File to enter the users  Once the users are in the format, then do the following:  Select ACCESS for ELLs Kentucky under administration  Click on Browse to find your CSV file  Click on Upload  Upload complete; confirmation will appear if successful  Assign permissions 5 KDE:OAA:DSR:CW 10/14/15

Test Setup Tab  Technology Downloads and Device Toolkit will be requirements for the District Technology Coordinator  Test Sessions will be pre-populated with the students for the district to create/edit test sessions, select the students and assign/remove from test session by highlighting and clicking on the right arrow at the bottom of the screen  Manage Students will be where district can add new students to the district that are not pre-populated in WIDA AMS  Student Test Progress allows the user to view the online testing status of each student within a school 6 KDE:OAA:DSR:CW 10/14/15

Test Setup  A week prior to testing, districts will need to have the students do a practice test to become familiar with the online testing format  The day before testing in the district, print out the tickets for the students  Online Test Setup Window is December 9, 2015-February 12, 2016  Testing Window is January 4-February 12, KDE:OAA:DSR:CW 10/14/15
