2. The e-portfolio is an online site for you to track your progress of your qualification.
Access the e-portfolio via this web address:

3. Logging on
You will be given a user name and password by your assessor.
Do not lose this as you will need it every time you want to log on 3

4. What should I do on my e-portfolio?
You will need to be able to do three things:
See how you are getting on
Log evidence
Respond to your assessors requests

6. My Progress
Select the sub-tab called My Progress Summary. Here you can see your progress through the qualification and also unit by unit

7. How to Log Evidence
Select the top tab called My Portfolio. Select the sub tab called Log Evidence.
Here you can see log your evidence and submit to your assessor. Fill in the top part of the form.

8. How to Log Evidence Cont
Attach a file as you would to an and upload it.
Add details of any witness for your piece of evidence.

9. How to Log Evidence Cont
Use the + sign to open up the criteria tree. Map the criteria which has been met by the evidence you are uploading by ticking the relevant criteria box.

10. How to Log Evidence Cont
Once you have mapped all the criteria ensure you select the blue arrow at the bottom to save the work and it is submitted to your assessor.

Go to the top tab “Home” then select ToDo

12. What else might I have to do?
Use the link at the end and follow your assessor’s instructions. They could be things like:
Add something to the Log Evidence form
Confirm you have received an assessment plan.
