Physical Health Way parts and systems in your body work together Body has the ability to cope with stresses Having strength and energy to pursue challenges To gain and maintain Must have.. Proper nutrition Adequate sleep Participate regularly in physical activity Practice good hygiene Staying away from harmful substances such as, tobacco, alcohol and other drugs

Mental and Emotional Health Mental health Includes feelings about yourself How well you relate to others How well the demands of daily life are met Develops thinking skills Emotional Health In touch with feelings and expresses them in an appropriate manner Deals with problems without being overwhelmed

Social Health How well an individual gets along with others Involves communicating and showing respect and care for yourself and others
