Click on this button to move to the previous slide of your notebook. Click on this button to move to the next slide of your notebook. Click on this button to add a new page to your current notebook.

Click on this button to open a notebook that had been previously saved. Click on this button to save the current notebook that you are working with. Click on this button to paste the data most recently added to the clipboard.

Click on this button to undo recent actions. Click on this button to redo an action that was recently “undo”. Click on this button to delete highlighted data/text/pictures/etc.

Click on this button to place a curtain over the active notebook page. Use the gray dots to raise/lower/move left/move right the curtain. Click on this button a second time to turn the curtain off.

Click on this button to cause the current notebook page to be displayed full screen (presentation mode). The menu shown below will appear on the screen. Click the blue title bar to move the menu to a new location. The three dots on the menu will display the pop-up menu. Click on the Full Screen View icon a second time to end Full Screen View. Click on the double arrow to see addition menu icons. Locked parts of the notebook may NOT be selected.

Click on this button to view two notebook pages (in sequential order) at the same time. Click on this button a second time to return to 1 page.

Click on this button to create a still photo of a screen or part of a screen (in any software). Click on this icon and move to the specific software. The menu will move with you. Then select the desired menu item. Use the mouse to capture part of a screen (if desired). Use the mouse to erase any pen drawings. Remember to use the select tool and the delete key on the keyboard to erase pictures, tables, or text boxes.

Click on this button to fill (color in) a shape on the active notebook page. Select the PROPERTIES (left-bottom image) button from the toolbar for additional options (right image).

Click on this button to insert text or words on the active notebook page. Use the mouse to draw a textbox before adding words. Click on the textbox to edit it. Remember to use the SELECT TOOL button from the toolbar to move a textbox.

Click on this button to change an object’s line style, fill effects, and animation options.

Click on this button to change the location of the toolbar. The toolbar may be position at the top of the screen, and it may also be positioned at the bottom of the screen..
