Healthy Emotions

Emotions The strong, immediate reactions that you feel in response to an experience. There are emotions in everything you do!

I.Emotions are powerful –C–Can make you sick –C–Can affect sleep –C–Can affect eating –C–Can help you heal

II.The Five Major Emotions 1.Love: Strong affection or deep concern for another person

2.Anger: A strong feeling of displeasure

3.Fear: A scared feeling

4.Grief: A deep sorrow that is caused by the loss of someone or something that you cannot get back.
