* Realize the difference between obsession, infatuation and LOVE

5 Obsession Compulsive fixation on a person, feeling, idea etc.
Unhealthy emotion Does not equal love Can lead to harm towards self or others

6 Infatuation Feelings are extremely intense
Miserable when we are not with the person we care about Jealous Has more to do with hormones than with love More interested in your feelings than the feelings of another

7 LOVE Unconditionally care for the person
Still love them even when you’re angry at them Do not experience unhealthy levels of jealousy You know everything about the person and still love them for their faults You care more about their feelings than your own

8 ANGER Strong feeling of displeasure that can range from annoyance to complete fury. Frustration Hostility Defense Rage

9 How should you deal with Anger?
Write down your feelings Talk to someone Punch a pillow Take a deep breath DO NOT ignore it DO NOT let it take control of you Anger only feeds anger YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR ANGER. IF YOU COULDN’T YOU WOULD ALWAYS BE ANGRY!
