3 Examples of Grief  Death of a loved one  Finding out you or someone you know has a serious illness  Death of a pet  The break-up of a relationship  Parents getting a divorce  Loss of a job  Moving to a new school/city/country

4 Physical Symptoms  headaches  feeling sick in the stomach  aching muscles  feeling run down & ti red  trouble sleeping  having no energy  lower immune system; you might find you get sick more easily

5 5 stages of grief 1. DENIAL 2. ANGER 3. BARGAINING 4. DEPRESSION 5. ACCEPTANCE
