Operations Support Up Next – ESF 1&3 Current Issues Response Liaisons continue to monitor and task resource requests. Please remember to be very specific in your request - who, what, when, where, why and anticipated time resource is required. Most importantly - a contact name and good phone number. Also, please remember to let the Ops Support Branch task the missions. Branch Chiefs and Lead ESF personal are responsible for ensuring missions are fulfilled and are tracked in EM Tracker through all stages. 21 SERT Liaisons have been deployed or are in route. ESF 1&3 Transportation & Public Works Up Next – ESF 2

ESF 1&3 – Transportation & Public Works Current Issues Support evacuation planning, traffic monitoring operations. Two Ground Recon Teams Operational in south Florida and the Keys. Two Ground Recon Teams Mobilizing for operations in the western Panhandle Planning for Helicopters flights for impact assessment in the western panhandle. Unmet Needs None at this time

ESF 1&3 – Transportation & Public Works Future Operations Support response and recovery needs. Due to the potential landfall of Hurricane Dennis, the following plans have been made for the closure of the I-10 Escambia Bay Bridges. Both the east and west bound I- 10 Escambia Bay Bridges will be closed once sustained winds reach 45 mph. All traffic, east and west bound will be detoured. The Interstate will be closed between Davis Highway (SR 291), Exit 13 and Avalon Blvd. (SR 281), Exit 22 once the wind speeds are sustained at 45 mph. The detour route will include US 90 between Davis Highway and Avalon Blvd. Motorist s should travel north from Davis Highway or Avalon Blvd to US 90 and then follow the signs. Up Next – ESF 2

ESF 2 Communications Up Next – ESF 4&9

ESF 2 – Communications Up Next – ESF 4&9 Current Issues We are supplying equipment as requested: Verizon, Nextel, analog, SAT phones, and laptops along with installing lines as requested through Tracker. Unmet Needs We need from each of the ESF's their anticipated communication equipment needs as the equipment is not on hand and has to be ordered and either shipped or found locally. Future Operations Continue to fulfill Tracker requests and coordinate communications support to all State and County EOC's.

Up Next – ESF 6 ESF 4&9 Firefighting and Search & Rescue

ESF 4&9 – Fire Fighting & Search & Rescue Current Issues Planning SAR operations in the panhandle area. Activating USAR teams for deployment into affected areas. SAR teams staging at Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy for entry into affected areas. Responding to continuous administrative and pre-deployment requests. Coordinating with other agencies regarding initial entry into affected areas. Planning for other fire resource needs in the affected areas.

ESF 4&9 – Fire Fighting & Search & Rescue Up Next – ESF 6 Unmet Needs None at this time Future Operations Deploy SAR and fire resources as needed. Responding to mission requests.

ESF 6 Mass Care Up Next – ESF 8

ESF 6 – Mass Care Current Issues ARFs are in the pipeline for 15 Dry Trailers, 15 Reefers, 20 Shower Units and 5 Water Tankers to service the Kitchens. TSA and ARC are identifying locations for resupply of their Canteens / ERVS with water, ice and other consumables. These locations will be used at least until the Kitchens are in place. TSA / ARC / Southern Baptists still anticipate setting up 12 Kitchens in the Panhandle, exact locations to be determined post- impact. They should be up and running by Friday. Unmet Needs None at this time Future Operations Continued support of ARC and TSA activities.

ESF 8 Health & Medical Up Next – ESF 10

ESF 8 – Health & Medical Current Issues SpNS: 18 open (332 census) Provide equipment & supplies to SpNS 4 DMATs staged in Mississippi Oxygen pre-staged in Jax, Water Buffalo staged in Miami for dialysis Assessed all health & medical facilities in area of operations Planned/completed facility evacuations: 3 hospitals, 3 SNFs, 13 ALFs and 6 adult family care homes (530 patients) Walton County Sacred Heart Hospital closed at 0700 Public health messages disseminated (carbon monoxide, safety)

ESF 13 – Military Support Current Issues FLNG Strength: 1,169 as of July 05 PANHANDLE: 164th Air Defense Brigade: 2 Battalions will close on Leon Co. Fairgrounds today. Final Bn will arrive by 1200 on 10 Jul. Prepared for Security, Search Rescue & Humanitarian Operations as soon as storm passes. RECON teams are preparing for final movement into the affected area Staging of 4 each UH-60 Aircraft in Tallahassee Unmet Needs None at this time

Continuing to monitor storm progress and potential importance for ICP site location. Planning for initial damage assessment and team deployment. Coordinating with USDA for additional personnel resources (EMAC). Maintaining liaison with SART agencies for post-impact support. Unmet Needs None at this time Future Operations Deploy ICP Team. Finance & Administration Current Issues Continue to make arrangements for staff deployment and purchasing needs. Held conference call with State Agencies on tracking cost of the event. The following agencies were on the call: AHCA, AG, DOACS, DBPR, DCA, DCF, DFS, DMA, DOC, DOH, DOL, DOS, DOT, DVA, FWCC, HSMV, OPB, NWFWMD, SFWMD.
