Uploading truckloads of ice and water from state storage locations. LSA team mobilized and on standby. USDA inventory received. Communicating with support agencies on resource needs. Conducting conference calls with volunteer centers. Preparing information on volunteer safety for distribution. Voluntary agencies mobile feeding teams placed on stand-by. Animal movement restrictions suspended to expedite evacuation movements. ESF 17 Incident Management Team activated and on standby.

USCG working on removal – Alt bridges open via SR60 & SR92 5 ground recon and 2 aircraft for recon stood up 1 fuel gas tender deployed w/ Tallahassee USAR, one tender gas/diesel deployed w/ Ocala USAR, 1 diesel tender in route to Ocala, 7 more available, getting more lined up Panhandle Ports and Tampa/ St.Pete closed. Assessing impact of storm to power grids, flood control systems, roads, communications. No reports of telecom customers without service (report available @ 10am) Equipment cache inventoried / deployed equipment: 2 aircards - waiting on phone line repairs/installs today 16,461 customer without power – monitoring storm progress
