11 Plans Planning Assumptions Fire related surge on hospital & pre-hospital systems will increase Wildfires in SE US are limiting available mutual aid resources for suppression activities in Florida Eastern winds 5-10 MPH; Chance of lighting induced wildfires in South Florida; Red Flag Warnings are in effect for Panhandle, North, and Central Florida Frequent road closures on various roads in impacted area, including I-10/I-75; more road closures expected Driving conditions remain dangerous in the effected areas; driving conditions can change rapidly. Effects of drought may potentially impact fire suppression

FCC has granted a license for one additional mutual aid channel (MA-FLA) to be deployed to Lake City Standing-up Video conference link up for County EM’s on 23May Recovery Kick-off FMAGP grant briefing No unmet needs at this time ESF – 2

28 Infrastructure ESF – 12 Power Up Next – Logistics Current Operations ESF – 12 ( WildFire ) Number of reported customer outages linked to Wild Fires events are, at this time, no greater than a typical operations normal day’s service outage report Electric Utilities providers have liaisons embedded within Division of Forestry Fire suppression teams. 29 Infrastructure ESF – 12 Power Up Next – Logistics Future Operations ESF – 12 ( WildFire ) FP&L Power crews continuing proactive damage control “Barricade” Fire Blocking thermal protective gel-coating, (on case by case basis) collaborating with fire suppression teams on safe conditions. Continuing to monitor fire path, individual and business customer service impacts and restoration

30 Infrastructure ESF – 12 Fuel Up Next – Logistics Current Operations ESF – 12 ( WildFire ) 9,000 gallon 75:25 diesel/mogas split fuel tender at the Columbia Co. Fire Fighter’s staging area is nearly empty of fuel; planning to demobilize this tanker Sunday 4,000 gallon tanker on standby for quick deployment, if needed, for refueling the fire suppression team’s vehicles.
