CONFERENCE OF AMERICAN ARMIES (CAA) –AGREEMENT NR 2 IS HIGHLIGHTED, WHERE THE COMMANDERS OF AMERICAN ARMIES APPROVED THE PARTICIPATION OF THE IADB AS A CONNECTION, TO ADVISE THE OAS DECISION-MAKING PERSONNEL, IN ISSUES PERTAINING TO HUMANITARIAM ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF DISASTERS AND MILITARY AND DEFENSE ISSUES MULTIDIMENTIONAL ISSUES

3. INTER AMERICAN NAVAL CONFERENCE (INC) –THEY OFFER THE IADB THE USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE INTER AMERICAN NAVAL TELECOMUNICATIONS NET (RNIT), IN ORDER TO COOPERATE IN COORDINATIONS IN CASE OF SEARCH AND RESCUE EVENTS, NATURAL DISASTERS AND OTHER EMERGENCY SITUATIONS MULTIDIMENSIONAL ISSUES

4. CONFERENCE OF THE CHIEFS OF AMERICAN AIR FORCES (CONJEFAMER) –ACCOMPLISHMENT OF EXERCISES INVOLVING AMERICAN AIR FORCES, DENOMINATED “COOPERATION I”, IN OCTOBER 2010, IN CHILE, IN A HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE OPERATION IN CASE OF NATURAL DISASTER MULTIDIMENSIONAL ISSUES

SMALL STATES NEEDS –MEETING WITH CARICOM AMBASSADORS –ACCOMPLISHMENT OF AN INTERNAL WORKSHOP IN ORDER TO INSTRUCT PERSONNEL IN MFCS AND WHITE PAPERS –SMALL STATES COMMISSION (IADB) TO PROVIDE SUPPORT IN THE EFFORTS OF THE PLANS OF DISASTER MITIGATION, THROUGH EXISTING SIMULATION MEANS IN THE AMERICAN ARMED FORCES MULTIDIMENSIONAL ISSUES

NATURAL DISASTERS –TAKING PART IN THE CHS MEETINGS AND THE PERMANENT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE INTER AMERICAN COUNCIL FOR INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT (CEPCIDI) –TAKING PART IN THE INTER AMERICAN COMMITTEE MEETINGS FOR NATURAL DISASTERS REDUCTION (IACNDR) –CLOSE COORDINATION WITH THE PAN-AMERICAN HEALTH ORGANIZATION EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER –COMMISSION OF NATURAL DISASTER AND HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE (IADB), WITH THE PURPOSE TO CREATE AND UPDATE A WEBPAGE, AS A CONTRIBUTION OF A MILITARY POINT OF VIEW MULTIDIMENSIONAL ISSUES

–THE EXPERIENCE OF THE IADC IS CENTERED IN THE SHARED PERSPECTIVES AND THE NUMEROUS FRIENDSHIP TIES BUILT AMONG THE STUDENTS (13 COUNTRIES/13 CIVILIANS/37 MILITARY PERSONNEL) –THEMES DISCUSSED: INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS, INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONAL LEADERSHIP, STRATEGIC ANALYSIS, STRATEGIC PLANNING, CIVIC-MILITARY RELATIONS, NEGOTIATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION, HUMAN RIGHTS ANT ETHICS INTER AMERICAN DEFENSE COLLEGE

THE IADB HAS PROMOTED INITIATIVES TO STRENGTHEN THE INTEGRATION AND INTERACTION WITH THE OAS, IN ORDER TO BETTER ADVISETHE IADB HAS PROMOTED INITIATIVES TO STRENGTHEN THE INTEGRATION AND INTERACTION WITH THE OAS, IN ORDER TO BETTER ADVISE IN RESPECT OF HUMANITARIAN DEMINING, IT IS NECESSARY TO STRENGTHEN THE RELATIONSHIP AMONG THE AICMA COORDINATORS, THE CHIEFS OF MISSIONS AND THE IADB. UTILIZING THE SPECIALIZED MILITARY EXPERIENCE THAT ALREADY EXISTS WE SAVE FUNDSIN RESPECT OF HUMANITARIAN DEMINING, IT IS NECESSARY TO STRENGTHEN THE RELATIONSHIP AMONG THE AICMA COORDINATORS, THE CHIEFS OF MISSIONS AND THE IADB.
