COLLEGE APPLICATION ASSISTANCE c/o 2016

STEP #1  Go to: **Apply as a new applicant**

STEP #2  Click on: “New Applicant? Create a Temporary ID and Password”  Create a 6 digit PIN Number  Confirm 6 digit PIN Number  You will be sent a temporary N-number, write it down!!!

STEP #3  Re-login with your assigned temporary N- number and the 6 digit PIN Number you created

TERM APPLYING  Indicate that you are planning on attending the summer after high school graduation  c/o 2016 the term would be “Summer 2016”  Helps chances of being accepted

FTIC  First Time In College  Although you might have dual enrollment courses, you have never graduated from high school… there for you are a “First Time In College” student

HOW MANY SEMESTER HOURS?  Select the drop down menu of how many semester hours you have completed via dual enrollment class at either FSCJ or EWC

MAJOR  Students must declare a major when applying  Can be changed later  Helps chances of being accepted

GRADUATION DATE  June 2016

IN-PROGRESS COURSES  Click Yes  You are still working toward your diploma through high school and dual enrollment courses

POST SECONDARY INFO/CREDITS  If you have taken at least ONE dual enrollment course, please select FSCJ under post secondary credits completed  UNF will request that FSCJ send your transcripts

VERIFY FLORIDA RESIDENCY  Use the information based on who claims you on their taxes  You will need 2 out of 3 documents:  Claimant’s Florida Driver’s License (number and issue date)  Claimant’s Vehicle Registration (number, original issue date)  Claimant’s Voter Registration Card (number, original issue date)  The date that you began occupying FL residency needs to be at least 14 months prior to completing the college application
